All services, including but not limited to content creation, video production, branding, and social media marketing, are governed by separate written agreements. In the event of any conflict, the written service agreement shall control.

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Snakebyte Social makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, results, or outcomes. The Company does not guarantee views, engagement, leads, sales, or growth of any kind. Results may vary due to factors outside of the Company’s control, including but not limited to platform algorithms, audience behavior, market conditions, and third-party platform policies.

Snakebyte Social shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data, arising from the use of this website or any services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services in the preceding 30 days.

All content, deliverables, and materials created by Snakebyte Social remain the sole intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for its intended purpose only. The Client may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, modify, upload to AI training models, or otherwise exploit the content without prior written consent.

The Client is solely responsible for how content is used once delivered. Snakebyte Social is not responsible for any claims, damages, or legal issues resulting from misuse, misrepresentation, or alteration of content by the Client or any third party. The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snakebyte Social, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the services or content.

The Client agrees to provide timely communication, approvals, access, and cooperation necessary for the completion of services. Delays or lack of response from the Client do not relieve the Client of payment obligations or contractual commitments.

All services are subject to availability. Snakebyte Social reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, breach of agreement, or conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Company.

This website may use cookies, analytics tools, and data collection methods to improve user experience and marketing performance. By using this website, you consent to such data collection. Snakebyte Social does not sell personal data but may use third-party tools necessary to operate the business.

All pricing, services, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Virginia.
