Commitment

All packages require a 3, 6, or 12-month retainer. We DO however offer a "trail month" where your first month is commitment-free. After your commitment-free trial, we do ask that you hop on a monthly retainer with us.

This ensures:

• Reserved production time each month

• Strategic planning and execution

As demand increases, pricing may change.

Locking into a longer-term retainer secures current pricing for the full duration.

Monthly Payment Structure

• 50% non-refundable deposit due at the start of each month

• Remaining 50% due at the end of the month

Your deposit secures your place in our calendar and allocates our team, time, and production resources to your brand.

Delivery & Usage

Content is filmed, edited, and delivered throughout the month to keep your platforms active and visible.

All deliverables must be used within the same calendar month and do not carry over.

Clients are expected to:

• Be available for scheduled filming

• Communicate and approve content in a timely manner

​

Revisions

Each deliverable includes one revision.

Additional revisions are billed based on scope.
This allows flexibility while maintaining efficiency and deadlines.

Professional Standard

You are hiring a professional creative team with advanced equipment, systems, and proven experience.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Cancellation

All retainers are binding.

​

• Mid-month cancellations: deposit is retained, no refunds on unused deliverables

• Early termination of a retainer: cancellation fee may apply

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
