DEPOSIT AND BOOKINGS POLICIES

Commitment

All packages require a 3, 6, or 12-month retainer. Your first month can be a commitment-free trial. After the trial, continuing services requires a monthly retainer.

This structure supports:

Consistent content and brand presence
Reserved production time each month
Strategic planning and execution

As demand increases, pricing may change. A longer-term retainer secures your current pricing for its full duration.

Monthly Payment Structure

You may pay in full at the start of each month or split your payment:

A 50% non-refundable deposit at the start of the month
The remaining 50% at the end of the month

Your deposit secures your place in our calendar and allocates our team, time, and production resources to your brand.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins when you choose the split-payment option. It:

Secures your project in our schedule
Covers planning, creative direction, and preparation
Confirms commitment from both parties

You may also pay the full monthly amount upfront. Final deliverables are released only after full payment is completed.

Delivery & Usage

Content is filmed, edited, and delivered throughout the month to keep your platforms active and visible.

All deliverables must be used within the same calendar month and do not carry over.

Clients are expected to be available for scheduled filming and to communicate and approve content in a timely manner.

Booking Policy

Booking Confirmation

Production days must be requested at least three days in advance. Submitting a request does not automatically reserve a session. We review requests based on availability, and your production day is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Snakebyte Social.

Be Ready to Film

Please ensure all participants, locations, products, wardrobe, props, and necessary access are ready at the scheduled start time. Delays may reduce the amount of content we can capture during your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before its start time. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before its start time, subject to availability.

If an emergency arises, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.

Snakebyte Social may also reschedule a production day due to severe weather, illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, filming time may be shortened to avoid affecting other scheduled sessions. Extended delays may require rescheduling.

Weather

Outdoor productions may need to be postponed because of weather conditions. If that happens, we will work with you to find the next available date.

Locations & Permits

Clients are responsible for securing any required permissions, venue approvals, permits, parking arrangements, and location access unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Creative Direction

Snakebyte Social directs filming using our creative expertise while collaborating with you on your vision and brand goals to produce the strongest possible final result.

Safety

We reserve the right to stop or cancel filming if conditions become unsafe for our team, our equipment, or anyone involved in the production.

Day-of Communication

If you are running late or something changes on the day of your shoot, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments.

By requesting a production day, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this booking policy.

Revisions

Each deliverable includes one revision. Additional revisions are billed based on scope. This allows flexibility while keeping production on schedule.

Professional Standard

You are hiring a professional creative team with advanced equipment, established systems, and proven experience.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. A violation may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

Retainer Cancellation

All retainers are binding.

Mid-month cancellations: The deposit is retained, and unused deliverables are not refunded.
Early termination of a retainer: A cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. This retainer cancellation policy is separate from the production day booking policy above.
