WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

The Snakebyte Social Referral Program is open to eligible adults, including:

✓ Current Snakebyte Social Ambassadors

✓ Current and former Snakebyte Social clients

✓ Professional partners

✓ Business owners

✓ Community members

✓ Anyone with a qualified business connection

You do not need to be a Snakebyte Social Ambassador or client to submit a referral.

HOW MUCH CAN YOU EARN?

CURRENT SNAKEBYTE SOCIAL AMBASSADORS

Current Snakebyte Social Ambassadors may earn 10% of the referred client’s contracted monthly service fee for the client’s first three paid contract months.

Example:
If your referral signs a qualifying $2,000 monthly package, you may earn:

• $200 after the client’s first qualifying monthly payment

• $200 after the client’s second qualifying monthly payment

• $200 after the client’s third qualifying monthly payment

Total potential commission: $600

Ambassador status is verified when the referral is submitted. The Ambassador Program and Referral Program remain separate, and referral commissions are earned only through qualifying business referrals.

ALL OTHER REFERRAL PARTNERS

Eligible non-ambassador participants may earn 10% of the referred client’s first contracted monthly service fee.

Example:
If your referral signs a qualifying $2,000 monthly package, you may earn a one-time $200 commission after the client’s first qualifying monthly payment is received and cleared.

WHAT MAKES A REFERRAL QUALIFY?

The referred business must:

• Be a new and eligible Snakebyte Social lead;

• Be submitted through the official referral form before signing with Snakebyte;

• Complete any introductory or trial month;

• Continue into a three-month, six-month, or 12-month service agreement;

• Make the applicable contracted payment in full; and

• Remain in good financial standing when the commission becomes payable.

A trial month or one-month engagement does not qualify.

If the business completes only a trial month and does not continue into a qualifying contract, no referral commission will be earned.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

1. SUBMIT THE REFERRAL

Complete the official Snakebyte Social Referral Form before the prospective client signs with us.

You must provide accurate information and have permission to share the person’s business contact details.

2. WE REVIEW THE INTRODUCTION

Snakebyte will determine whether the business appears to be a potential fit.

Submitting a referral does not guarantee that Snakebyte will contact, accept, or enter into an agreement with the business.

3. THE CLIENT SIGNS A QUALIFYING AGREEMENT

The referred client must complete any trial period and enter into a three-month, six-month, or 12-month service agreement.

4. THE CLIENT MAKES A QUALIFYING PAYMENT

Commissions are calculated only from qualifying contracted monthly service fees that Snakebyte has received and cleared.

5. YOU RECEIVE YOUR COMMISSION

Once all eligibility, payment, and tax requirements have been satisfied, Snakebyte will issue the applicable referral commission.

HOW YOU’LL GET PAID

Referral commissions are paid by ACH, business check, or another payment method approved by Snakebyte.

Eligible payments are generally issued within 15 business days after:

• The applicable client payment has been received and cleared;

• Any applicable refund or dispute period has passed;

• The referral has been verified;

• Snakebyte has received all required payment information; and

• The participant has submitted a completed Form W-9 or other required tax documentation.

Ambassador commissions are paid separately after each of the client’s first three qualifying monthly payments.

Non-ambassador commissions are paid once after the client’s first qualifying contracted monthly payment.

No commission is paid in advance based solely on a signed proposal, verbal commitment, scheduled payment, unpaid invoice, or trial-month payment.
