Service Description
Our production days are designed to efficiently capture a month's worth of content for your business. We typically film once or twice per month, depending on your content plan. We reserve up to 3 hours for each production day to ensure we have enough time to capture everything needed. Some sessions may finish sooner, while others may run longer depending on the size of your content package and the number of deliverables. Regardless of the length of the production day, your pricing does not change—it is based solely on the number of deliverables included in your package, not the amount of time spent filming. Before every production day, we'll prepare a customized content sheet tailored to your business, goals, and audience. Throughout the session, we'll guide you every step of the way—from what to say and how to say it to where to stand and what actions to take. Using psychology-driven marketing strategies, we'll help create content that feels natural, connects with your audience, and is designed to capture attention and drive results.
Cancellation Policy
Production Day Policy Thank you for booking with Snakebyte Social! To ensure every production runs smoothly, please review the following: Booking Confirmation Submitting a booking request does not automatically reserve your session. All requests are reviewed based on availability, and your production day is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Snakebyte Social. Be Ready to Film Please ensure all participants, locations, products, wardrobe, props, and any necessary access are ready at the scheduled start time. Delays may reduce the amount of content we can capture during your scheduled session. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Snakebyte Social also reserves the right to reschedule due to severe weather, illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Late Arrivals If the client is late, filming time may be shortened to avoid affecting other scheduled sessions. Extended delays may require rescheduling. Weather For outdoor productions, weather conditions may require us to postpone filming. We'll work with you to find the next available date. Locations & Permits Clients are responsible for securing any required permissions, venue approvals, permits, parking arrangements, or location access unless otherwise agreed in writing. Creative Direction Snakebyte Social will direct filming based on our creative expertise while collaborating with your vision and brand goals to produce the best possible final result. Safety We reserve the right to stop or cancel filming if conditions become unsafe for our team, our equipment, or anyone involved in the production. Communication If you're running late or something changes on the day of your shoot, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments. By requesting a production day, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
